Do I have to pay anything in advance?
No. Every order is cash on delivery. You pay the delivery person after you have checked the product. For a few large orders we may ask for the delivery charge in advance — we will tell you on the confirmation call.
Can I open the parcel before paying?
Yes, always. Open it in front of the delivery person and check the product. If it is not as described, faulty, damaged, already opened or not the size you ordered, hand it back and pay nothing. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
What if a fault shows up after delivery?
Some faults can’t be seen at the door — for example a gadget that needs charging first. Contact us within 3 days of delivery with a short video showing the problem, and you get a full refund.
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka 1–2 working days, outside Dhaka 2–3 working days after the confirmation call. You can track your order with your mobile number.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Returns for a change of mind are not accepted, so please check the product carefully at the door before paying.
Are the products original?
Each product page says exactly what you get — brand, grade, material and size — and the “Seller” line shows who supplies it. If something is unclear, ask us on WhatsApp before you order; we will tell you honestly.
