1. About these terms

By using rajubazar.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Refund & Returns Policy, Delivery Information and Privacy Policy.

2. Products and prices

  • Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include the product only; the delivery charge is shown at checkout.
  • We try to show products, sizes, colours and prices accurately. Small differences in colour can happen between photos and the real product.
  • Prices and stock can change without notice. If a price or listing is clearly wrong, we will contact you before delivering.
  • Some products are supplied and shipped by partner sellers, shown as “Seller” on the product page. Your order is still placed with Raju Bazar.

3. Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm every order by phone before shipping.
  • We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the details cannot be confirmed, or the order looks fake or abusive. If you paid anything in advance, it will be refunded.
  • Please give a correct name, mobile number and full address.

4. Payment

We accept cash on delivery. For some orders we may ask for the delivery charge or another amount in advance; we will tell you before shipping.

5. Delivery

Delivery charges and estimated times are listed on our Delivery Information page. Times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather or courier delays.

6. Returns, refunds and warranty

Every order is open-box, so you can check the product before paying. Returns, refunds, refused parcels and warranty are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Using the website

  • Do not misuse the website, place fake orders, or try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.
  • Text, images and design on this website belong to Raju Bazar or its partners and may not be copied without permission.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
