Raju Bazar (rajubazar.com) is an online shop based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. In this policy “we” means Raju Bazar. You can reach us using the details at the end of this page.

Information we collect

  • Order details — your name, mobile number, delivery address, delivery area, the products you order and any note you add.
  • Unfinished checkouts — when you type a valid mobile number on the checkout page, we save the details and cart so we can help you complete the order if you leave. You may get a call or WhatsApp message about it.
  • Messages — what you send us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
  • Technical data — your IP address, browser and pages visited, kept in normal server and security logs.

Cookies and browser storage

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage: to keep your cart, remember your language, and keep the website secure. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use your information

  • to confirm, deliver and support your orders;
  • to contact you about your order or an unfinished checkout;
  • to handle returns, refunds and warranty requests;
  • to prevent fake orders and keep the website secure;
  • to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with:

  • courier companies, to deliver your parcel;
  • partner sellers, when they supply and ship the product you ordered (the seller is shown on the product page);
  • service providers that run our website and messaging, such as our hosting company, Cloudflare (security and speed) and Telegram (order notifications to our team);
  • authorities, when the law requires it.

Some product images load from our partner sellers’ websites, so those sites can see your IP address when the image loads.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for delivery, returns, warranty and accounting. Unfinished checkout details are deleted automatically within 30 days.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details below.

The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and access to order data is limited to our team. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
