Delivery Information
We deliver all over Bangladesh. You pay cash when the parcel arrives.
Charges and delivery times

Delivery times are counted in working days from the confirmation call. Holidays, bad weather or courier delays can sometimes add a day or two.
How your order is delivered
- Order placed — you get an order number right away.
- Confirmation call — we call you to confirm the order and address.
- Shipped — we hand the parcel to the courier; you can track your order with your phone number.
- Delivered — check the product, then pay the delivery person.
Payment
Cash on delivery: pay the product price plus the delivery charge to the delivery person. For some orders we may ask for the delivery charge in advance; we will tell you on the confirmation call.
Open-box delivery
You can open the parcel and check the product in front of the delivery person before paying. If it is not as described, faulty, broken, already opened or not the exact size you ordered, just return it — you pay nothing. Details in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Refusing a parcel
If you refuse a parcel for any other reason, you will need to pay the delivery and return charge. See refusing a parcel.
